Week 1: Living Life, Making Physical Choices – Living a Healthy Life.
Elliott Dascher, author of Integral Health and Aware, Awake, Alive, informs us of the importance of the physical body as one of the 4 aspects of Human Flourishing.
It is imperative that we take care of the physical body with fitness, nutrition, sleep and other methods of self-care.
Week 2: Living Life, Making Emotional Choices – Living Mindfully.
Bo Forbes, author of Yoga for Emotional Balance, wrote: “Chronic stress, multitasking, the pressure to have it all, and a value system that emphasizes achievement over self-care make emotional imbalance, not balance, more common in modern human experience.”
This LLMC videos will have you examine emotions in every area of your life, contributing to the awareness of what you want to change to increase your emotional well-being.
Week 3: Living Life, Making Choices of the Mind – Living with Intention.
What we give attention to grows! In The Art of Happiness, the Dalai Lama writes that training the mind is how we can become happy and that we should identify what makes us happy and what makes us suffer and do more of what makes us happy. Sounds easy, right? It can be and it requires living with awareness and paying attention to your thoughts and behaviors.
Week 7: Living Life, Making Financial Choices – Living Abundantly.
“Both abundance and lack exist simultaneously in our lives, as parallel realities. It is always our conscious choice which secret garden we will tend… when we choose to be grateful for the abundance that’s present — love, health, family, friends, work, the joys of nature and personal pursuits that bring us pleasure — the wasteland of lack falls away and we experience heaven on Earth.” —Sarah Ban Breathnach
For you individually: one of the main intentions for the LLMC videos and Life Coaching is for you to consider how your choices inform your life and how your life informs your choices and to provide you with a meaningful experience to find balance, trust your intuition, go with the flow and to discover what feeds your soul.
For us collectively: even though you will be taking the course individually, there will be a LLMC Facebook Community to connect and engage in community with like-minded people around the world who are Living Life and Making Choices every single day.

Birch trees grow in clusters. That way they can support one another and shelter each other from the winds and rain. They do not compete with each other but rather reach tall from their roots in rich soil towards the life-giving sun. The community that I have been a part of in my journey through your program is like a cluster of birch trees. We each draw on our own strengths to hold each other up, and take turns holding the space when a storm enters one of our lives. I am filled with gratitude to be a part of such a community.
