2014 dates for Master YOUR Practice is for anyone, but very beginners.
(Hours at any location will be counted toward Yoga NH TT hours for those in the program.)
Take your practice to the next level.
These classes are for students who want to work on a category of poses or a certain part of the body. You will learn techniques that you can take to your practice in other classes. We’ll take some time at the beginning of the class to review alignment, focus, intention, breath and letting go of expectations of what a posture should ‘look’ like and explore what feels good for you. Then you will be guided through a class sequence based on the focus of the class.

$15 for students in any Yoga NH TT program;
$20 for others;
Paying the day of the class:
$25 when you pay the day of (this includes TT students).
