3:00-5:00pm: Living a Soul-Driven Life
The Yoga, Spirituality & Well-Being workshop will feature a 60-minute Gentle Flow Yoga class as well as Pranayama (breathing techniques), Meditation, Mudras, and Affirmations. The afternoon workshop will include journaling, discussion, more breathing and affirmations, and a 30-minute Guided Meditation (in Savasana/lying down) featuring the concept of abundance. Give yourself the gift of an afternoon for yourself – exploring yoga – on & off the mat!
