Three Reasons Why Yoga Teacher Training Changes Your Life

Maureen founded Living Yoga studio in Concord, New Hampshire more than 8 years ago and has also been leading yoga classes and Yoga Teacher Training/Develop Your Programs at Living Yoga and other wellness sites across New Hampshire and Massachusetts for more than 10 years. The 200-hour program Yoga Teacher Training program is currently held in Wolfeboro, Concord and Portsmouth, New Hampshire and the 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training Program is held in Concord, NH.  A new, 200-hour program will begin in January 2014 in Nashua, NH.

Yoga NH’s Teacher Training/Develop Your Practice Programs are designed for students who are interested in deepening their practice, those who need CEU hours to maintain their RYT status, or folks exploring their interest in sharing yoga with others by teaching yoga.

It is our hope that students of yoga will continue to expand their knowledge of yoga and share it with people in their day-to-day lives (living yoga “off the mat”) and …. bring yoga to more people…  that’s the ultimate vision of our program.

All Yoga NH Teacher Training programs are registered with Yoga Alliance, an organization whose vision is to support yoga practitioners and teachers and maintain the diversity and integrity of yoga.  The mission is to lead the yoga community, set standards, foster integrity, provide resources, and uphold the teachings of yoga.  Once you complete a program, you will be eligible to submit for your RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) status with Yoga Alliance.
