200-hour Yoga NH Teacher Training Brochure

It is appropriate to sign up for our program even if you are unsure if you want to teach…. come and experience a deeper level of understanding of yoga postures, philosophy, techniques (breathing, meditation, mudras), and more!

From our most recent 5-day Summer Intensive, we asked the teachers-in-training:
‘What is your greatest take-away from the training?’
Here are some of the responses:

- importance of yoga community
- energy of the hands
- holding space for others
- experience with practicum classes
- gaining confidence in teaching
- mudra set for balancing energy
- trusting our intuition
- staying true to ourselves
- let your light shine
- connection and sharing
- being willing to be seen & supported
