An exciting component of the Yoga NH program, not offered at any other NH program, is connecting the 500-hour program with 200-hour program students so that the 500-hour students can mentor the 200-hour students through their Yoga Teacher Training process. It enables the 500-hour teacher to be in the mode of mentor, facilitator, helper and teacher beyond the weekends we are together, providing a wonderful, larger yoga community to connect with as you experience your yoga journey now and in the years to come!
Topics for the 500-hour program include, but are not limited to:
Deepening knowledge of teaching postures and adjusts/assists
Advanced Class Planning & Sequencing
Attunement to Reiki 2
Yoga Therapy: Developing skills to teach to special populations
Advanced Business of Yoga
In-depth discussion of yoga texts
The Art of Observation
Living yoga on and off the mat
Intro to Yin Yoga
Explore body systems and how to infuse information to students during a class/workshop
Essential Oils and Yoga
Developing & Presenting Workshops
Practice teaching classes and workshops
** this weekend MAY change to October 17-18 **
1) Pay all at once, by 11/1: $3,099
(AS OF SEPTEMBER 23rd – reduced by $400 – cost was $3,499)
2) Pay deposit of $400 and 12-monthly payments (Jan-Dec) of $240 for a total of $3,280
(AS OF SEPTEMBER 23rd – reduced by $419 – cost was $3,699)
*** For both payment plans – if you sign up by 11/1 and pay the $400 deposit, you are eligible for an additional $120 discount.
This would decrease the ‘pay all at once cost’ to $2,979 and the payment plan option to the $3,160 with a $400 deposit and 12 monthly payments of $230.
I have been considering a rate decrease to the rate from 2 years ago for some time and as I talk with students who are interested in signing up for the 500-hour program, most everyone states cost is a factor to signing up. So, for 2015 only I am decreasing the rates up to $419. The decreases in payment options cancel out any other previous offers (such as the $200 if you sign up with a friend).
** I have contacted 2014 graduates who paid a higher rate and am offering them the opportunity to join the 500-hour program for some of the guest teacher workshops at no cost.
If you are interested in signing up and cost is the only deterrent – please contact Maureen!
The fee/investment amount does not include:
- yoga insurance
- fee for RYT status, once you graduate
- makeup hours
(if you miss a session you may complete another workshop with approved teachers outside of the program,
but you will be responsible for any additional costs associated with the makeup hours/workshops)
